Could there be a more insulting way to sell plus size clothing?
Found on shopping website Wish, a range of garments are being advertised with slim models slipping into not both but just one of the legs of various pairs of pants and shorts.
While many have deemed the imagesextremely offensive, it seems they haven't deterred some shoppers: Shorts modelled like two skirts stitched together have sold out on the label's app.
While it's not clear who supplied the images, leggings advertised in the same way have also been sold on retail website AliExpress, and were supplied by Herry He's Store.

Last year an AliExpress listing for 5XL leggings modelled the same way was posted on Reddit. One user commented: "It's leggings for mermaids with two fins."
Another responded on Twitter: "So instead of finding an actual plus size model you put a regular model into one leg? This is so disgusting."
