This simple recipe celebrates big, fat, ripe tomatoes.
For 6 people as a snack
• 1 French stick • 3 cloves of garlic, peeled • 3 juicy, ripe tomatoes • Olive oil • Salt and pepper • Slice the bread crossways, about 2 cm thick. • Toast.
1. Cut the garlic cloves in half and rubinto the bread.
2. Slice the tomatoes into slices and rub the juices into the toast.
