Recipe: Fig, rocket, parmesan and prosciutto salad

Save Fig, rocket prosciutto and pine nut salad. Photo / Michael Craig
1. Arrange a bed of rocket leaves on your salad plate.
2. Tear a couple of slices of prosciutto (or very thinly sliced ham) and drop these onto the rocket.
3. Halve some small figs and add.
4. Shave some parmesan over the salad.
