Rachel Hunter is tapping America's obsession with red-carpet culture, fronting a show called Style Me.

A dozen aspiring stylists are pitted against one another in the show in an attempt to win styling challenges and impress the judges.

Other judges are celebrity stylist Phillip Bloch and Milica Kastner whose most compelling credential appears to be that she's Hunter's business partner and good friend.

The winner will get US$10,000, ($14,850), a one-year contract with a talent agency, and the chance to style Hunter for an A-list, red-carpet event.
