It's the ultra-fashionable, must-have food gadget everyone from Samantha Cameron to Millie Mackintosh is using.
And now even Mary Berry, the doyenne of traditional cooking, has succumbed to the spiralizer.
The Bake Off judge demonstrates the device - which transforms vegetables into ribbons which are used in
place of spaghetti or noodles - in her latest TV series, which starts tomorrow.
Deploying the spiralizer in the first episode of her new BBC series Mary Berry: Foolproof Cooking, she describes the technique as 'a bit like sharpening a pencil.'
Mary also shows off her classic Beef Wellington - a fillet topped with a mushroom mixture, baked in puff pastry.
