A pizza restaurant in Florida, US, has banned all children from its business, according to a sign on the door.
The sign went up last week and parents are furious at the pizza joint's move.
People in the Tampa Bay Moms Group on Facebook have expressed outrage at the HamptonStation's move ot ban children.
The administrators of the Facebook page defended the move, saying the restaurant is actually more of a bar that also serves food, but other commenters weren't so happy.
Some people argued that saying "adults only" or "21 and up" would be a much more polite way of phrasing the exact same rule. Troy Taylor, owner of the restaurant, told the Tampa Bay Times that he was forced to create the rule after some customers failed to keep their children under control.
"A kid was in danger and could have seriously been hurt," he said. "It's a liability and safety issue. After the incident, I thought, this can't happen again."
Not everyone agreed that doing this was simply in the best interest of the children with a Facebook commenter arguing that it was "discrimination".
"This is a place that neighbourhood families rallied around. I mean, this place literally uses action figures as their order markers," another person wrote.
