Multi-millionaire fitness guru Kayla Itsines recently shocked fans by announcing on Instagram she's splitting from her fiance Tobi Pearce after eight years.

The much-loved influencer, who has a combined social media following of more than 40 million, had told fans they had made the "difficult decision" to split but would remain "good friends".

"We have grown up together in Adelaide, sharing a lifetime of experiences and special memories from moving into our first apartment and starting SWEAT from our lounge room to becoming parents to our beautiful daughter," Itsines posted.

Just weeks after releasing their joint statement, a posting on realestate.com.au on Wednesday revealed the 29-year-old and her former partner are selling their stunning five-bedroom family home in South Australia.

Built on 3193sq m, the property features a tennis court, solar-heated swimming pool and a "fully-equipped alfresco pavilion".

While no offer has been made for the spacious Malvern property, the suburban median is set at A$1.212 million, with the pair asking prospective buyers for "best offers".

Fans who follow the fitness star online will recognise some of the photos posted to realestate.com.au, with Kayla regularly giving fans a glimpse inside her home on Instagram.

It is also where she films a lot of her social media content.

According to the real estate ad, the house features a self-contained studio, cellar and "two master wings".

The living room also opens up into a stylish white kitchen with an in-built bar fridge, and an island bench and stools.

There's another more casual lounge room, along with a second dining room and fireplace.

The pair's family home listing comes after they made the decision to part ways, announcing their split on August 21 to the shock of fans, celebrities and fellow fitness influencers.

"Sending love. That's great you are remaining friends," wrote Australian model Bella Lucia.

"Power to you beautiful woman. Wishing you both the best," lifestyle blogger Katie Lolas wrote.

"Bless you guys! We hope you're both OK. We wish you both all the best for whatever the future holds Kayla," fellow fitness guru and model Lisa Lanceford added.

The former couple, who share 18-month-old daughter Arna together, have a long, professional history, having created their now global fitness empire worth an estimated $696 million.

"Our friendship remains strong as we parent Arna together and run SWEAT as business partners," Itsines said, revealing their professional relationship will continue.

After meeting in late 2012, the pair launched the Bikini Body Training Company and went on to attract a global following of more than 20 million through workouts, health books and an app.

They then launched the Sweat app five years later which focuses on women's fitness and ion 2018 the pair were named joint fifth on the Australian Financial Review's Young Rich List, making them the wealthiest self-made 20-somethings in Australia.
