A father of three has won praise from the internet after sharing a breastfeeding method he devised in his role as a stay-at-home dad.
Viewed more than five million times, Florida man Chris Allen's video reveals his DIY approach to feeding his youngest child, Destiny, while his partner Jennifer Capo is at work.
Cutting a hole in a shirt and pushing the feeding end of a baby's bottle through it, Allen demonstrates his simulated breastfeeding position.
"I guess it's like breastfeeding right? Got to love it," quips Allen in the short clip.
Posted on the Breastfeeding Mama Talk Facebook page it has received more than 35,000 comments.
The majority of viewers loved the video, with comments such as "Love seeing the Daddies being so supportive" and "I'm sure your baby will be so proud of you when she's all grown up".
However, there were some outraged by the video, with one viewer stating: "That's not cute. Give that child the bottle like a real man!!! ..."
