The Bite team will be at the Auckland Food Show later this month and we are looking forward to spending four days surrounded by many of our favourite food producers and food lovers and to meet more of you Bite lovers too.

Warren Elwin landed in central New Zealand at the same time as one of the largest storms in history a few weeks ago, but it didn't dampen his appetite and appreciation for country cuisine. On his return, after a stiff wintry bourbon buck, he was turning out salt and pepper squid, individual beef wellingtons and a very moist olive oil citrus cake in celebration of his exhilarating mid-winter break to the Wairarapa.
