Miranda Kerr says her three-year-old son makes his own smoothies and loves to dance.
The 30-year-old has tot Flynn from her marriage with Orlando Bloom, who she separated from in October.
As a model, she's very conscious of living a healthy life, which seems to have rubbed off on her son.
"The other day he was like, 'Mama, I want to make a smoothie'. He wanted to make his own smoothie, and then he said, 'This one's for you. It's full of antioxidants'," she marvelled to People magazine.
"He's three years old, how does he know that? He obviously heard me talking."
Kerr says her love of exercise has also passed on to her son.
"We dance all the time, he loves it. It's one of his favourite things," she smiled.
The Australian model started dating Orlando in 2007 and they tied the knot in 2010.
Their break up in 2013 was amicable and they've been spotted taking Flynn out together since.
It's important for the star that they remain friendly for their son and she says they still manage to get on well.
"It's so important, we will be family forever and we both really love and respect each other. We're really good; we got along better than ever. It's so great," Kerr told the Kyle and Jackie O Show on KIIS FM recently.
Kerr isn't just busy being a mum. She was recently announced as the new face of Escada's latest fragrance Joyful.
