Kiwi celebrity Nadia Lim has given birth to her second child - a son named River.
Now just a few weeks old, Lim has shared a few intimate details of her baby boy's birth. In an interview with Stuff she said the birth occurred in the "in the exact spot
he was made".
After 12 hours of labour at home, Lim's contractions quickly intensified.
After a phone call to her midwife, she realised a hospital birth wasn't going to happen. A short time later River had made his way into the world, arriving on top of his dad's plastic backpack liner and a pile of towels.
The 32-year-old former MasterChef winner shared the good news with her fans via social media.
