When Trelise Cooper moved out of this spectacular beachfront holiday home, another powerful woman moved in.

The 848sqm section on Karahu Lane has a white, spacious 379sqm house which is predominantly concrete.

It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The rates bill was $7,939.88 this year.

Quotable Value records show Cooper and her husband Jack bought the property in 2004 for $880,000.

Other famous holiday homeowners at Omaha - a beachfront community 75km north of Auckland - include Prime Minister John Key and Auckland sporting couple Dean and Mandy Barker.

Ms Foreman and her former husband Bill also own one of the country's most expensive rentals.

They lease the three-bedroom Emerald Cottage at 5 Alison Ave in Takapuna for $3,300 a week.

The businesswoman is also listed as the owner of two neighbouring titles on Alison Ave, as well as properties on Lucerne Rd in Remuera, Sylvan Ave in Northcote, Kitchener Rd in Takapuna, Laud Ave in Ellerslie, Bentley Ave in Glenfield and Neals Ave and Reg Savory Place in East Tamaki.

Ms Foreman owns the Emerald Group which produces icecream brands New Zealand Natural, Killinchy Gold, Movenpick, Kapiti, Chateau Premium Heavenly Treats and Lightlicks.
