A Sydney mum has found a simple way to reclaim some precious time for herself and keep her toddler occupied in the process.
She doesn't use an iPad, a smartphone or some sort of flashing toy?
According to Zonovia Borkar, all you need is a hard boiled egg.
Mrs Borkarwas cooking dinner on Wednesday and, after days of her son, Ziv, 2, calling her name and following her around the house, she decided to get tricky.
Having kids help in the kitchen is always perilous, especially when there are sharp knives and hot surfaces around.
Set up on the kitchen floor, beside a little saucepan, Ziv spent almost half an hour peeling a hard-boiled egg for his mum.

"His tiny fingers sure did take a while to get the job done, but it was worth every minute he spent on it," she said.
"It's such a great way to keep him busy and entertained, and it definitely lets me do things without him calling my name every three seconds."
She added giving Ziv such a hands-on activity was perfect for developing his fine motor skills, as well as making meal times much more fun.
"I think it is a brilliant engagement for kids in the kitchen," Mrs Borkar said.
"Also, the process of involving kids in basic cooking can get them excited about the food they are about to eat."
Mrs Borkar is originally from India and said her family and friends were always around the house to take care of children.
"But here I have to do everything on my own, so finding little tricks like this really saves my day," she said.
She posted the video to the Sydney Mums Facebook group, stating it was a massive time saver for mums everywhere.
