Model reveals bizarre plastic surgery to prepare for motherhood

A model has told fans that she is preparing for motherhood by having vaginal surgery to make herself look like a virgin as well as having her breast implants removed.

Argentinian woman Xoana Gonzalez shared a picture of herself in a hospital bed ready for the op to take out her breast implants and wrote: "I'm going in! I'm afraid and I'm anxious!

"I'll let you know when I leave! Everything is going to be okay! I'm going to miss my t*ts but it's a cycle that was fulfilled and it's time to start another, I crave much more to than to be seen as sexy."

After the operation she also confessed that she had had some plastic surgery on her intimate parts.

She wrote: "It turned out beautiful ... My doc is Walter Cruzalegui."

Xoana is not thought to be pregnant yet and there was no word on whether she had a father for her child lined up.

Online fans seemed to support the model's decisions with 'harubg' writing: "An incredible woman. I love you as you are Xoana. You are transparent and that I like. Continue being yourself."

However depending on the type and placement of implant used, breast augmentation surgery can leave women unable to breastfeed.
