It's not uncommon for landlords to specify "females only" or "no couples" - but one man's condition has shocked a prospective flatmate.
A woman inquired about a room in a man's Sydney apartment when he revealed he was looking specifically for "flatmates with benefits".
The exchange between the landlord and
the potential flatmate was posted on social media - leaving readers divided.
"The room has been out for two weeks now," he wrote.
"No one has come to see it because I have a very bold condition."
