It's not the first time that the Kardashians have been accused of thickening out or slimming down their Instagram pictures.

But Kylie Jenner fans were led to believe that she added a new wart to her right knee on Tuesday night, as a steamy new bikini picture appeared on beau Tyga's page.

Puzzled about the beauty spot, which to some resembled a "third nipple", Tyga's 11.7m followers also asked why she'd slimmed down her leg beyond recognition.

"It looks like there's a huge mole or some kind of bump on her knee!!" exclaimed one bewildered fan.

Another asked: "Is that a wart on the top of her right knee,' and a further fan probed, 'Is that a mole on her knee?"

Meanwhile, taking a wild guess, a fourth said: "She has a nipple on her knee,' while another concluded: 'She got a damn ladybug on her."

Laughing at the seemingly-epic blunder, another suggested: "It's a nipple on her shrunken leg!!! I thoroughly enjoy these stupid girls. money can't fix stupid!"

Luckily, one follower seemed to get to the bottom of the mystery and spot that a tall plant in soft focus had been mistaken in front.

"Totally thought she had a wart on her knee," said the user, "But it's all perspective - something in front of her knee hahaha."

The plausible explanation didn't put an end to all of the photoshop talk because others were concerned about the missing half of Kylie's leg

"Why does her right leg look skinnier than the other?" puzzled one fan, who failed to see that the Kardashian's leg was hidden behind her lover's.

In the photo, the KUWTK star can be seen perched on her beau's lap as she shows off her figure in a black bikini with white embroidery along with matching choker.

"What's wrong with the right leg?" asked another, while one user said: "Her leg look deformed."

Two others commented: "omg one of her legs look photoshopped" and "Is her leg photoshopped."

In the snapshot of their recent trip to Miami, the rapper is seen kissing Kylie's back as he wraps his arms around her and the teen TV star nonchalantly glances behind her as she enjoys a snack.

The couple spent a few days soaking up the sun at the Casa Aramara in Punta Mita, a luxurious villa owned and rented out by Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis.

Tyga's son King Cairo, four, was also with the duo as well as Kylie's BFF Jordyn Woods.

When she returned to Los Angeles last week for NBC Universal's 74th Annual Golden Globes After Party at The Beverly Hilton Hotel, Kylie was flaunting the natural look of her lithe legs.

Attending the bash with sister Kendall, 21, Kylie flashed a glimpse of her distinctive thigh scar in a silver, side-split dress.

Kylie, 19, has previously spoken of her pride at her distinctive marking which she obtained as a five-year-old while playing hide and seek with

In an interview with Celebuzz in 2011, the youngest Kardashian opened up about the day she received her scar.

"When I was about five my sister and I were playing hide and seek and I hid inside this really tall-enclosed gate.

"After a while when my sister didn't find me I had to climb up on this sharp pole sticking out from the gate.

"I slipped and the pole went into my leg. I tried pulling away to get the pole out but it just tore through my whole leg. It's smaller now though because I grew!"

The girlfriend of rapper Tyga, 26, has been photographed on multiple occasions with her unintentional body mark, choosing not to hide it.
