She had her third child Chicago West via surrogate in January this year.
And while Kim Kardashian opted not to give her other two children North, five, and Saint, two, middle names, she seems to have changed her mind for her newest addition.
Taking to social media on Monday, the 37-year-old shared a sweet selfie with the five-month-old and revealed her middle name was Noel - the same as hers.
"Chi Noel," captioned Kim, punctuating the names with love heart emojis.

The photo saw the tot pull a face and pout for the camera, reported the Daily Mail.
Kim appeared makeup free and wore a tracksuit in the background.
Using a filter, there were love hearts added all around Chi in the photo.
And it appears as though the newborn has a special place in Kim's heart, giving her the same middle name as her own.
But the special name isn't too much of a surprise, with eagle-eyed fans actually tipping Noel to have been her first name before her birth.
With Kim's eldest child, North, starting with the letter "N", fans believed she would keep the letter for her second daughter.
Other fans were tipping her name to have been Star or Noel after the "North Star" - (the way Kim previously described the meaning behind North's name).
Noel was also on the table as Chi was due around Christmas Day, perfectly complimented the Holiday theme of North and Saint and it had fitted into Kim's previous confession that she wanted a one syllable name.
Like Kim, husband and baby daddy Kanye also has a middle name - Omari.
