Want to get a body like Khloe Kardashian?
The Revenge Body star is famous for keeping others motivated and now her own personal diet has been revealed by nutritionist Dr Philip Goglia.
It isn't just her crazy gym routine that keeps the reality star in shape, as her meal plan has been revealed to be the biggest contributor to her insane body.
Dr Goglia told Healthista "when it comes to nutrition and weight loss, it's 80 per cent in the kitchen and 20 per cent in the gym."
Khloe told USA Today: "I turned to working out because I needed clarity in my brain and I didn't know what else to do but go to the gym," she said. "As a by-product, I started losing weight."
Sticking to her strict regime helped the star prove to herself and the rest of the world just how strong she is.
"For me, my revenge is for everybody who called me fat and ugly ... every piece of (crap) that comes our way in my family, and how we handle them. It shows how strong I am mentally."
Dr Goglia uses a metabolic body type nutrition plan and has a large list of celebrity clientele, including Chris Hemsworth, Ryan Gosling, Channing Tatum and Khloe's sister Kim.
"We work with each client to determine their metabolic body type. Each requires a unique meal breakdown based on how that person's body breaks down proteins, fats and carbs."
So what does a daily meal plan for Kardashian look like?
KHLOE KARDASHIAN'S MEAL PLAN
For breakfast, the star mixes one scoop of whey protein powder with a tablespoon of almond butter, fruit, ice and water and blends into a smoothie.
A piece of fruit of her choice.
1/2 a chicken breast with a side of vegetables and an iron fuelled salad.
A cup of celery, tomatoes or 12 almonds.
Either more celery and tomatoes or one egg.
A fatty fish like salmon, sea bass, black cod or arctic char. Served together with a big plate of vegetables and a salad.
One piece of fruit of her choice.
Dr Goglia states that while the 32-year-old sticks to this plan day-to-day, it doesn't mean she doesn't allow herself the occasional indulgence.
