In her Instagram post, which showed a room full of pink flowers and balloons, she wrote: "Our little girl, True Thompson, has completely stolen our hearts and we are overwhelmed with LOVE."
Khloe added: "Such a blessing to welcome this angel into the family! Mommy and Daddy loooooove you True!"
It's interesting that she gave the baby the last name Thompson and not Kardashian. Some fans thought after he was accused of cheating on her so many times that she would not let the girl have his last name.
The TV standout did not address numerous reports that her beau had cheated with several women.
Fans were quick to react to her choice.
LucyFraser94 said, "I was rooting for you, we were all rooting for you! How dare you?!" in response to Khloe giving the child Tristan's last name.
Kaitlyn wrote, "Khloe named her daughter True, WHAT." And EmG said, "Isn't True Thompson an Oxymoron?" Amy took a stab at a joke by typing, "I think you misspelt Kardashian."
This comes after it was claimed Kris Jenner is keeping Khloe's 'spirits high' after her Thompson's infidelity was exposed.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians matriarch has been supporting her daughter, who gave birth to a baby girl just two days after the DailyMail.com unmasked Thompson as a love rat.
Khloe welcomed her little girl at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio on Thursday.
A source told Entertainment Tonight: "Khloe needs her mom more than ever now.
"Everyone has always seen Khloe as the strongest sister, but in light of the new baby and the timing of Tristan's cheating scandal, having her mom by her side has been so essential in keeping her spirits high.
"Khloe and Kris are spending true bonding time with the new baby.
"Kris is teaching Khloe the ropes when it comes to breastfeeding. People always hear of the drama that goes on in the Kardashian family but Khloe and her mother have spent some wonderful moments together despite the recent news."
Thompson is believed to have spent time with at least five different women in the past several months, including Blair, and women named Stephanie, Maria and Tania.
Despite the devastating timing of the reports, Khloe's family are rallying around her.
