Kate Moss in Mango's new ad campaign (+video)

Kate Moss is the face of Mango's Spring/Summer 2012 advertising campaign.

The British supermodel has teamed up with the Spanish retailer in the past when she and photographer Terry Richardson shot a TV commercial for the brand's Autumn/Winter 2012 line.

In the new campaign, the iconic model is seen wearing casual outfits in a range of soft colours, such as a coral dress and jeans in a yellow hue.

"I'm really excited to be working with Mango for Spring/Summer 12," Moss said.

"We had a great time shooting the campaign. The team are so easy to work with, and shooting with Terry is always fun."

Although Moss, 38, is renowned for her love of partying, Mango are adamant she is right for their brand.

"Kate Moss was chosen as the image of Mango because she is a world-famous fashion icon, making her one of the most sought-after models in the fashion world," a spokesperson said.

"She had a turbulent past, which she has put behind her to continue being a supermodel, and has recently married and become a mother. After two decades appearing on catwalks worldwide, she has demonstrated that she is the top model par excellence."
