She's known for her iconic and classic sense of style, but the internet seems to think Kate Middleton has had a big fashion "fail".
Stepping out to visit the Henry Fawcett Children's Centre in Kensington, the Duchess of Cambridge wore a gorgeous violet silk-crepe Gucci blouse, complete with a pussy-bowdetail.
However, fans were quick to notice the royal mum-of-three appeared to be wearing her blouse backwards.
Taking to social media, royal watchers pointed out that the Gucci blouse is supposed to be worn with the buttons along the back of the shirt.

People magazine also speculated that perhaps the top was customised with a front button closure for the Duchess, which wouldn't be unusual for a member of the royal family.
The Duchess paired her top with a pair of black wide-leg, high-waisted Jigsaw trousers.
To finish off her look she accessorised with a pair of tonal pointed-toe pumps and a miniature lilac faux croc bag by Aspinal of London.
Whether it was accidental or deliberate, we think she looks amazing.
