He said in a 27-page ruling: "The Argentinian constitution guarantees all its citizens the right to procure their own happiness, which carries with it the right to be treated with dignity by the laws of the country in all areas of life, including marriage."
Neither of the two women, identified only by their initials LGC and VEN, have been named.
The widow is understood to have been the second wife of the father. He remarried after his first wife of 16 years died in 1999.
It is not known how long they were married before he passed away or what the exact age difference between them was, although he was described in local reports as being much older than his wife.
The two women are now expected to organise a new wedding ceremony for later this month.
