• Desperate But Not Serious has the unusual combination of Claudia Schiffer and rocker-poet Henry Rollins in a comedy (okay, we're all having trouble with the casting and the concept but bear with it) about Lili and Frances, who have found only disaster in their search for Mr Right. Their plan comes unstuck when the pair are chased out of a Hollywood party and find themselves hunted by a mass-murdering bartender (poor old Henry, typecast again) ...
• LA Without A Map sees Vincent Gallo as Richard, a wannabe writer living in rainy Bradford (and his team is just about bottom of the Premier League, too). Meeting the girl of his dreams, a beautiful blond actress named Barbara, Richard packs in his old job, his old life and jumps on a plane for LA. But just like the previous vid, the course of true love does not run smooth. If it did, there wouldn't be a never ending stream of movies like this.
