I spoke to TV presenter Petra Bagust after Trelise Cooper's show at the St James Theatre.

What was your immediate impression of the show and collections?

I felt I was about to have a spiritual experience, and I was in no doubt about whom I was worshipping!

The show was beautifully edited. I liked the way the show kind of peeled back in layers, starting with Cooper by Trelise and making its way through the collections. Also I liked how it wasn't too fast moving so you wont overwhelmed with too much information.

I also liked how the models and all the kids came out on the runway at the end so we could get another good look.

What outfits stand out in your mind?

Amazingly enough I cant believe how much I was in love with the leggings. I want leggings!!

Also the kid's range was too cute!

How many kids do you have?

We (with husband Hamish) have a boy and a girl, and another on the way.

Did you have your eyes on anything in particular for your kids then?

All of it! My daughter would live in the stripey velvet skirt and the stripey leggings! I'm in a leggings mood!

Have you paid a visit to the new Trelise Cooper kids store in Newmarket?

No I haven't. I'm waiting till I'm sure my daughter is in a good mood. I hear it it's like a fairy wonderland for kids.
