From Nashville to New York, singer Taylor Swift is becoming well versed in the buying and selling of property.

Her latest purchase is a (USD) $25 million Beverley Hills mansion.

According to toptenrealestatedeals.com, the seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom mansion spans 10,982 square feet.

Complete with a tennis court and pool, the home previously belonged to film producer Samuel Goldwyn and sits on two acres.
