After her lavish New York baby shower, you might have thought Meghan would proceed with modesty in mind regarding further celebrations for Baby Sussex's arrival.
Not so. The Duchess of Sussex and her husband, Prince Harry, have reportedly enjoyed a luxurious "babymoon" to the tune of $64,000, according to theDaily Mail. For the uninitiated, a babymoon is similar to a honeymoon, but is a celebration ahead of the arrival of a child, as opposed to a post-wedding getaway.
It's alleged the royal pair spent three nights at Heckfield Place, a five-star hotel in Hampshire, said to be a favourite among celebrities.

Set amid 400 acres of countryside, the Georgian mansion hosted the Duke and Duchess in the most expensive apartment available: with its own dining room and private terraces.
The Sun reports a friend close to the couple believes it was very much a treat from Harry to his wife.

It is alleged the pair kept a low profile during their stay, choosing to eat alone in their room rather than dining in the restaurants within the hotel.

Joined by three protection officers during their stay, the news comes just as the couple have finally moved into their new residence, Frogmore Cottage in the Windsor countryside.
It seems the Sussexes are preparing for a quieter life as they await the arrival of their first child together, due at the end of April.
