The rise in organic, raw and wholefood stores and cafes has continued to grow in Auckland. In Kingsland, the queue of customers waiting for Mondays cafe's famous healthy smoothies is often out the door, while Little Bird's Unbakery cafes have grown to three, and The Raw Kitchen's healthy smoothies, tonics and raw treats are drawing an ever-widening crowd of people.

This week we meet some of the women at the forefront of changing the way we eat.
