Bex Woolfall from LittleCooks filled the Bite kitchen with fun last week making recipes that you can get the kids on to these holidays. As she was piping a sun on to a bowl of solar soup filled with pasta moons and stars (available from FarroFresh), our photographer Kieran was drawing a face on our fruit hog cover model. Later in the day I found a Milo teddy stuck to the wall . . . let's just say it was that sort of day.

Bex and business partner Suzi believe all Kiwi kids should have the chance to learn to cook and that cooking, combined with the understanding of nutrition they learn along the way will help kids make healthy food choices. LittleCooks will tailor-make a cooking programme to suit your needs. They have after-school programmes and classes throughout the year.
