An instant favourite at our house, this is the cute story of a little teddy bear who runs away from his boy owner so he can be with a bunch of real bears, only to discover they're rougher and tougher than he's used to.

What the 2-year-old hasn't noticed, though, is that the pictures seem a little out of kilter with the text, and that's a bit unsettling, even (or especially) when you're on to your 10th reading.
