The current owners, a couple who wish to remain anonymous, said they will be donating 20 per cent of all proceeds to 11 charities.
"Our passion is to give others a helping hand after we were supported by our first employer when we started out in business all those years ago," the said.
"Our house holds many fond family memories, but now we want to use the home we designed and built to aid a host of wonderful charities, as well as giving someone the chance to become an instant millionaire.
