Halle Berry credits her youthful looks to bone broth.

The 51-year-old actress picks up bones from the butcher and boils them into a special drink, which she claims is 'full of collagen' to keep her complexion flawless, she told Extra.

"You can make it, you can go to the butcher and get all the bones they're going to throw away and he'll give them to you for free," the Catwoman star said. "Take the bones, boil them up for 24 hours... and you drink the broth. It's so full of collagen that it's crazy."

She also exercises a ton, reports Daily Mail.

The star has kept her fans up to date with her fitness regime as she works on her enviable figure, and her personal trainer has revealed the 'bulletproof battle plan' they work on together.

Speaking to E! News, her trainer Peter Lee Thomas said: "She pretty much had a checklist of things she wanted as far as her physique is concerned and we had a bulletproof battle plan...

"You better believing we are doing some boxing, some kick boxing, some Muay Thai... I'm definitely working on those skill sets with her and she's also doing strength and conditioning.

"She's using kettle bells, bar bells, dumbbells, working on the pull up bar, doing dips, sprinting pushing heavy things, pulling stuff. It's just a really dynamic way to jumpstart anyone's metabolism."

This #FitnessFriday is dedicated to the importance of stretching! After I work out, it’s important for me to stretch and lengthen. Fitness is not just about running, lifting and punching. For me, being athletic and super fit is also about being still, stretching and breathing. Including stretching in my fitness program helps my muscles stay long, limber, improves my mobility and range of motion and, most importantly, helps me avoid injuries. This is one of my favorite #yoga poses, the shoulder stand, that stretches my lower spine and legs. I feel 2 inches taller after this stretch! Some people use yoga poses to manage stress, increase circulation, for medication, recovery, better sleep, and mobility just to name a few. Check out my Fitness IG Story to see a stretch I like for hip mobility that lengthens my sides and for today's #keto meal. Today I challenge you to share your best yoga pose. If you don't have one, I encourage you to search for one, post about it, tag #FitnessFridayHB and tell me how it makes you feel. ❤️🙏🏽

The pair work together five days a week, and Halle's trainer has praised her dedication and resilience when it comes to her work ethic.

He added: "I have never met anybody that works harder and trains harder and is just so resilient. She is getting faster, stronger and becoming more athletic. I've never met another person who can do it like her."

The 'Monster's Ball' actress - who has 10-year-old daughter Nahla with her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry and son Maceo, four, with her former spouse Olivier Martinez - recently spoke about her first job, revealing she got fired as a bartender for making drinks too strong.

It’s #FitnessFriday and today it’s all about having fun! We all agree that we don’t always love to work out. However, one thing that makes it bearable for me is my ability to laugh and play and have fun while I’m doing it. Truth is, sometimes I have to laugh to keep from crying, especially during my John Wick training which is no joke! If you can find ways to incorporate play into your workout, it will be something that you actually look forward to doing every day. Today in my Stories and Fitness Highlight I offer you a few fun exercises that you can do with things around your house...like paper plates and sticks! Go ahead, laugh, it’s funny. Enjoy and have a fun weekend 😂❤️💪🏽 #FitnessFridayHB

"I wasn't very good, but I ended up being good because I would say, 'OK, so what do you want?' And they would say, 'Sex on the beach,' and I would say, 'Interesting, what is in a Sex on the Beach?' And they would tell me, and I would just start pouring.

"I put way too much alcohol in everything, so imagine the tips I got, but I lost my job in about three months.

"They were going through liquor like you would not believe."
