If you're one to ever contemplate the existence of ghosts to the point of insomnia, you may want to give the rest of this story a miss.
A photo has emerged of a group of linen mill girls in Belfast posing for a photo taken in 1900.
This looks prettyordinary, right? Each worker is just chilling out, staring towards the camera, with facial expressions varying from "Faux-Enthused Smile" to "Just Take The God Damn Shot". Nothing to see here, folks.
But take a closer peek, and you'll notice something very strange going on behind the woman at the right end of the third row.

The creepy photo was originally supplied to Belfast Live by a reader who said the (probably demonically possessed) woman in the photo was her grandmother.
"Great to see an old photo of my Granny, in the bygone years photo, when she worked at the mill," she wrote.
"She was Ellen Donnelly (nee McKillop) and she is fourth on the right in the second row down.
"My dad has this photo at home... a family ghost picture!!
"I don't really believe in ghosts - but there have been a few odd going-ons around this photo, so I hope this doesn't cause any more! But did anyone spot the mysterious hand on the girl on the right's shoulder?"
But seriously, go and look at it again. It doesn't make sense. The hand could only feasibly belong to one of the two women standing behind her, who clearly both have their arms folded.
And it looks way too prominent to just be a trick of the light, or some sort of unattractive deformity springing out of the other woman's arm.
It can't be part of the other woman's sleeve - the lighting doesn't match up, and there are clearly no weird frills on the other sleeve. (Also, who would deliberately put pointless, hideous frills like that on a shirt?)
Clearly it was either satanic forces, a Dementor's claw, or the hand of that freaky girl from The Ring.
Or a case of good old-fashioned Photoshop, but we beg to differ. Like, just look at it. Look at the terrifyingly vacant expression in Ellen Donnelly's eyes.
