Rotorua will be more steamed up than ever for Jambalaya, the Festival of Rhythm, Dance and Carnival, which takes place at Easter, April 13-16. Sizzling Latin music, sultry dancing and flamboyant costumes feature in four days of theatre shows, parties, workshops and a street parade.
