Look the part as you strive for a better body

Welcome to 2015! No doubt you have made some New Year resolutions and, if you're anything like me, they'll include something about getting healthy.

Exercise can be as expensive as you make it. I am not a "gym person" so I choose to prance along the streets and fit in a Pilates session when I can. The same goes for your exercise attire, so I have options from the heavyweights Nike, adidas and New Balance, plus more budget-friendly options from Kmart.
