Jacci Huege De Serville is married to New Zealand's most famous hairdresser, Paul Huege de Serville. A hairdresser in her own right, she's also a woman who knows how to throw together an outfit.
Who are your favourite fashion designers?
At the moment Diane von Furstenberg for dresses, Hussein Chalayan,
Jessica Ogden, Ann Demuelemeester, Martin Margiela, Sarah Bell for pretty tops, Tsubi and Collette Dinnigan.
What do you wear to work?
Anything goes for work. I like to layer my clothes, mixing labels with basics and always heels. I'm a bit of a wedge girl when it comes to shoes and apart from that, my shoes are very high or flat - no in-between.
Who is your inspiration?
No one person. There are so many creative people in the fashion world - Feron & Hay for accessories, Stephen Howell for interiors and photographers Ellen von Unworth and Steven Meisel.
What's your favourite accessory of the moment?
My Prada Robot.
What are the staple pieces for a good wardrobe?
Great shoes, great jeans, cc T-shirts and singlets, Lululemon yoga wear. Nothing too serious or fussy. Anything simple or fun with an edge.
What is the last item of clothing you bought?
Two beautiful tops - one by Sarah Bell and one by Development.
Worst fashion mistake?
Taking my Azzedine Alaia dress to the drycleaners in Sydney and it not coming back. Other than that there are a few that I would rather not mention.
Favourite hotels?
The Establishment Hotel in Sydney, the Standard in downtown LA and Mondrian in LA and Art Hotel in Rome.
What's your biggest indulgence?
Getting my hair done and treatments at Spa de Serville. That's why I started it. Cups and more cups of Bell tea. Travel and skiing with my family.
What inspires you?
Working on styling and makeup and ideas for new collections. Working on edgy ideas for the company and the endless possibilities and opportunities available to us. Skiing fast and watching my children grow.
What is your beauty routine?
Daily visits to the gym with my husband at 7.30am and eating well. Cetaphil cleanser and moisturiser, Stila makeup - no powders, only creams - and a quick hairdo from my husband.
What can't you live without?
My inhaler, antihistamine tablets and my family.
