Director Danny DeVito, Drew Barrymore and Ben Stiller sounds like a match made in comedy heaven, with the youngsters playing Alex and Nancy, a couple hoping to seal their happiness and his second novel by buying a grand old apartment in Brooklyn. Fly in the ointment is Mrs Connelly (Eileen Essell), the elderly neighbour from hell in the upstairs flat.

Older viewers may recognise this plot from the classic English comedy The Ladykillers; however, older viewers are unlikely to rent this turkey. Younger viewers are advised to follow their lead.
