Duos and trios tour NZ

The Black Keys, fine exponents of raw garage blues, have announced a New Zealand show in support of last year's Rubber Factory album. Supporting the Black Keys are New York-based brother and sister duo the Fiery Furnaces.The double duos play at the Kings Arms in Auckland on March 21.

Earlier in the month it's the turn of the King Brothers from Japan. The Tokyo trio play NZ on Tuesday, March 8 at the Kings Arms (opening for Holly Golightly, see story page 13), then on Wednesday March 9 at Hamilton's Ward Lane (with the Mint Chicks and Electric Shakedown) and on Thursday March 10, at Shadows in Auckland.
