Duke of Sussex asked when the 'real' Prince Harry will arrive

An adorable 4-year-old boy couldn't believe his eyes when meeting the Duke of Sussex and even refused to believe that Prince Harry was who he said he was.

Sure, he might be one of the world's most familiar faces, but on his visit to St Vincent's Catholic Primary School in London with heavily pregnant Meghan Markle, Emmanuel Osei wasn't convinced it was him.

People magazine reported Osei asked "When is Prince Harry coming?" as the Duke of Sussex approached him.

Teaching assistant Philomena Frattura told People that the Duke replied: "But I'm Prince Harry."

"When is the real Prince Harry coming?" the boy still asked.

"I'm the real Harry. I've just had my hair cut for the occasion," Prince Harry said to the confused boy.

Osei eventually believed him. But why the struggle? Apparently, he didn't look how kids expect a prince to look.

"They think a prince should have a crown," a learning mentor at the school, Diane Redmond, explained to People.

It also wasn't the first time a student thought Prince Harry was faux.

"Every time I get to meet kids and they have been told a real-life prince is coming, the disappointment on their faces when they see me without a crown or a cape," Harry shared with People in 2016.
