The stars will be out in force on Thursday night at the third
annual Raukatauri Music Therapy Centre fundraiser at Auckland's Town Hall.
Hosted by actors Oliver Driver and Danielle Cormack, the evening will feature a live music showcase before the charity auction.
In addition to Dobbyn, Brown and Westenra, a selection of top music memorabilia is up for grabs, including a Telecaster guitar signed by the Rolling Stones, a surfboard signed by Jack Johnson, Ben Harper and Donovan Frankenreiter, and a skateboard autographed by the Beastie Boys.
The profits of the evening will go directly to the Raukatauri Music Therapy Centre, which provides therapy for young children with special needs.
Established by singer songwriter Hinewehi Mohi and her husband George, the centre was set up in 2004, becoming the country's first music therapy centre.
Mohi's daughter Hineraukatauri suffers severe cerebral palsy and had benefited greatly from her time at a similar centre in Britain.
Supporting the cause, patron Boh Runga will perform on the night, alongside SJD, the Electric Confectionaires, Ladi 6 and Flight of the Conchords.
