A friend is always on about my weight, and how I should lose a few kilos. I am healthy and enjoy the odd treat, but it is really getting me down..

: I would tell my friend to mind her own business, quite frankly, what is she, perfect? I doubt it. If a wall has to be knocked down for you to get out of the house, then you do have a problem, but if you enjoy life, keepat it. I wonder about these thin people who live on salads. Are they going to live longer? Probably not.
: As long as you're happy and healthy, your friends shouldn't judge you. Tell your friend how you feel and hopefully she'll see your size is not an issue. I'm sure her intentions weren't malicious.
