There's a serious design flaw in this house. Posted to Reddit, the newly built home has created a stir among viewers, who were quick to point out the building mistake that will no doubt infuriate the home's new owners.

If you haven't worked it out yet, the clue is in the driveway.

The paving doesn't lead to the garage, and the garage door appears to be fronted by a flower bed.

Several Reddit users admitted to being slow to spot the issue, with one commenting: "It took me an embarrassing amount of time to see the problem."

Some claimed the driveway error would be rectified, believing the dirt at the front of the house signaled the property was simply yet to be completed.

"This is a model home and sales office for the builder.

"The road in front is still dirt. This house is close to being done, but it's unlikely anyone would want to live in this neighbourhood until that road is done.

"There's an obvious walk way from that slab to the front door.

"There's no "cut" in the curb that would accommodate a different driveway.

"I'm sure they'll add it later when they eventually sell this house to someone. But for now it's not necessary."

But other Reddit users weren't convinced with one commenting: "They had one job."
