Caitlyn Jenner shares first pics with friends

Caitlyn Jenner has shared the first photo of herself with friends on her Twitter page.

"Learn from those who have walked the path before you," the 65-year-old reality TV star captioned the photo.

The photo, taken poolside at her home in Malibu, shows Caitlyn arm-in-arm with a group of girls who the Daily Mail online reported as being her 'support group'.

In her Vanity Fair interview, Jenner revealed that as part of her transition she has held 'girls' nights' at her Malibu home where she is free to dress as she pleases and to let herself be at ease with like-minded people.

Jenner, casually dressed in blue skinny jeans, red sandals and a floaty patterned blouse, commented on her snap with hashtags "#TransIsBeautiful", "#LivingOurTruth" and "#JustTheBeginning".

Since undergoing her gender transition, Jenner has finally been able to throw out the boys clothes in her wardrobe.

She said: "To be able to wake up in the morning, be yourself, get dressed, get ready to go out, and just be like a normal person. That's a wonderful feeling to go through life.

"I've never been able to do that; it's always been confusion, it's always been, you know, I've got one side [with] boy clothes, the other side's women's clothes. It's like I cleaned the whole closet out - the boys stuff is gone, okay?"

Fans will get another sneak peek into Caitlyn's new life when her eight-part docu-series, I am Cait, airs on E! Channel in late July.
