Pop singer Kelly Osbourne is counting on New South Wales State Government debt collectors having a short memory when she visits Australia next month.

The 20-year-old daughter of British rocker Ozzy Osbourne visited Australia three years ago and was fined for under-age drinking. "I got in trouble 'cos I went out with [US band] Sum 41 and I went drinking with them and I was one month under the legal drinking age," Osbourne said.
