Back to beauty school: SPF moisturisers

If you only do one thing in your beauty regime, make it an SPF moisturiser - every morning, all year round. It's the most effective anti-ageing measure you can take. Choose a multi-spectrum product - this is important as they offer both UVA and UVB protection. The SPF level should be between 30 and 50 (not lower than 30). Make sure you give the product time to absorb into your skin before applying makeup and wait a good half-hour before any sun exposure.

Top tip: don't ever leave or store your SPF in a hot place, this will destroy the efficacy of the product.
