A steamy encounter between David Hemmings and supermodel Veruschka in cult 60s film Blow-Up has been named the hottest sex scene ever.
The frolic, in which the arty lensman played by Hemmings directs the Prussian beauty in a very special photo shoot, topped the list compiled by Premiere. The magazine said
the Michelangelo Antonioni 1966 film remains an "incomparably cool and fresh" piece of erotic movie-making.
Marilyn Monroe and Tony Curtis' romance on a yacht in 1959 classic Some Like It Hot was ranked the second hottest scene.
Curtis confessed that the passion was more than just acting. He said: "Marilyn liked to lie on me and grind, and as soon as she knew she'd aroused me, she'd look down on me as if to say, 'There you are, you naughty boy'."
Brigitte Bardot's nude appearance in the ground-breaking 1956 movie ... And God Created Woman finished third.
