We've had the pie-fee, the avo-latte, and now a cafe on Auckland's North Shore has upped the stakes again with an incredible technique that puts your own face on your hot drink.
Already a big hit internationally, Cafe Casu owner Mira Kim has brought selfie lattes to NewZealand.
Almost two decades on, technology has allowed Kim to adopt the concept for her coffee art.

Herald Focus reporter Brigitte Purcell ordered a flat white and, for an extra $1 and a quick snap of herself on a phone, was served up her coffee complete with her own face on it.
And the result according to Purcell? "Oh wow! That's incredible. That is pretty cool."
