It's fair to say that the daily grind of the office is hardly a laugh a minute, but these employees have proven that desk life can be a hoot.
In a series of hilarious images compiled by BoredPanda, office workers have shared the ultimate pranksthey have pulled - often at the expense of their coworkers, reported the Daily Mail.
In one case a cheeky colleague left a sign on the water fountain indicating that it was voice activated, leaving hapless workers red-faced as they attempted to fill up.
In another instance a crafty woman appeared to stay late repeatedly - little did her colleagues know she had used a cardboard cut-out of herself to fool them and was persistently leaving on time.
Fun wasn't always had at the expense of others, with many photos showing team members clubbing together to have a good time.
Fancy dress often lent a hand to good times at the desk, with one group dressing as Power Rangers for a morning meeting, while the staff of a paleontology department poked fun at themselves as they celebrated Halloween in inflatable dinosaur costumes.
