- Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of competition terms and conditions.
- The competition runs from August 21, 2006 to September 7, 2006.
- There is one major prize and three runner-up prizes to be won.
- You may enter up to five different photographs for judging.
- Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- Entries must be submitted using the email link provided, to reach us no later than Thursday September 7, 2006.
- All winners and runner-up winners, will be selected on September 8, 2006 and will be notified by telephone and/or email.
- Entry is open to New Zealand residents, except employees, employees' immediate families, associated companies, suppliers and agencies of APN New Zealand Limited (NZ Herald).
- Photos submitted must have been taken by the person entering the competition.
- Persons entering the competition agree that their photos may be published on nzherald.co.nz and in the New Zealand Herald throughout the competition period and may remain on nzherald.co.nz after the competition has closed. As well, winning photos may be displayed or published by the NZ Institute of Architects in connection with Architecture Week 2006.
- The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
