The thespian teamed up with writers Jackson Lanzing and Collin Kelly, artist Marcus To, colourist Ian Herring, and letterer Deron Bennett to create a fresh graphic offering.
The fictional characters are Silicon Valley's Ed Hiccox and Nate Graft, who run the innovative company during the day, but secretly crack top information by night to help the world.
"I'm very involved with global activism and philanthropy. I like the idea of everyday people doing good," Alyssa explained in a statement.
The book is set to be released digitally in the autumn through Archaia Entertainment, before making it to a hardback version in the summer of 2014.
An exclusive comic version, which will only have 500 copies printed, will also be given out for free at Archaia's Comic-Con booth later this week.
The publication will contain preview content, original concept art, and an interview with Alyssa.
