An upside-down photo of Adele is sweeping the internet, perplexing people as to what's weird about her face.
At first glance, there's nothing unusual about the flipped image of Adele, taken from the cover of her latest album, 25, aside from it being upside down.
But what happens when youflip the image the right way up?

It is revealed that Adele's eyes and lips have been edited so they are upside down on her face.
Turning the photo right-side up, the Hello songstress' trademark winged eyeliner looks bizarre running across her lower lids while her bottom lip looks swollen flipped into the position where her upper lip should be.

While the origins of the altered image are unclear, The Shade Room shared the picture four days ago on Instagram, accruing over 28,000 likes.
They captioned the image: "#Wayment what kind of sorcery is this... #Adele."
More than 9,000 people have commented on the post, with many tagging others to check out the photo for themselves.
One person wrote: "That's terrifying. I dropped my phone." Another noted the stars lips look like Kylie Jenner's in the edited version of the photo.
And like many a great photo that goes viral, it has sparked the creation of similar images.
Aptly named Twitter user @TurnYourPhone has also shared Adele's image along with similarly treated pictures of Nicki Minaj and Hillary Clinton.
Like the Adele original, the others appear normal when upside down, but when they're turned right-side up, it is revealed their eyes and lips have been flipped.
